Product Description
Direct Yellow R is a Yellow brown powder. Soluble in water, it is red light yellow, slightly soluble in ethylene glycol ether, insoluble in other organic solvents.Mostly used for dyeing paper. We can adjust the Tones and Quality according to the customer's requirements.
Product character
Soluble in water is red yellow, slightly soluble in ethylene glycol ether, insoluble in other organic solvents. The aqueous solution with concentrated hydrochloric acid is olive yellow. The addition of concentrated sodium hydroxide produces a golden orange precipitate. It is dark red in concentrated sulfuric acid and dark yellow in dilution, accompanied by a brown precipitate. Partially dissolved in concentrated nitric acid, yellowish brown to olive. Partially dissolved in concentrated hydrochloric acid and black. When dyeing, the copper ion color light is green, the iron ion color light is slightly dark red, and the zinc ion and ammonia become light yellow orange.
Main features
A.Direct yellow 11 can be used for dyeing cotton, viscose fibers and their knitwear to obtain bright red yellow. Both the levelling and transstaining properties were poor. After dyeing, it should be treated with fixing agent to improve the wet fastness. It is widely used for dyeing viscose fiber and silk interlace. It can also be used for dyeing silk and wool. This product has a strong light brittle damage effect.
B.Mainly used for dyeing cellulose fibers such as cotton, hemp and viscose, can also be used for dyeing viscose/polyamide wet textiles, can also be used for leather and paper dyeing. After treatment with copper sulfate during dyeing, it can improve the fastness to sunlight. After treatment with formaldehyde, it can improve its washing fastness.
C.The dyeing rate is good, but the dyeing transferability is a little worse. After dyeing, it can be treated with fixing agent Y and fixing agent M.
