Product character
The Sulphur Yellow GC is Yellow-brown powder. Insoluble in water, soluble in sodium sulfide solution brownish-yellow. It is prepared by the reaction of 2,4-diaminotoluene and formic acid by formylation to form 2,4-diformamide toluene, which is then vulcanized with benzidine in molten sulfur. Often with other sulfide dyes to form grass green, coffee, black brown and other colors, used for cotton, linen, viscose and vitamin / cotton fabric dyeing.
Main features
A. Sulphur yellow GC is suitable for dyeing cotton, hemp, viscose fiber and their fabrics. Used for dyeing grass green, beige, turmeric, yellow Brown, dark brown, dark green, dark gray, etc.
B.The amount of anti-oxygen agent (or alkali sulfide) should be slightly more when dyeing.
C. Sulphur light yellow GC oxidation is slow, it is appropriate to use sulfur dye supporting oxidant oxidation, or with sodium perborate solution treatment; If necessary Sodium bichromate acid solution treatment, after dyeing must be fully washed, soap, and then washed, otherwise in the later high temperature ironing color becomes lighter, strength decreased, but not significant when dyeing light.
C.Sulphur light yellow GC dyeing products with copper sulfate, sodium dichromate and acetic acid after treatment can improve the sun fastness 2, but its color is relatively Red and dark.

③After add dyes,usually heat at 1℃/min,heating to 98-100℃,and then keep the temperature 45-60 min for dyeing.
④After dyeing,washing→ Oxidation of air or oxidants,40℃ and keeping 20min →washing→drying
The Sulphur Light Yellow GC must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
