Product character

The Sulphur Yellow Brown 5G is Reddish brown powder, insoluble in water, soluble in sodium sulfide solution is brown, slightly soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid. The stain changes slightly in the alkaline safety powder solution, and the calcium chlorate solution always becomes shallow and yellow, and concentrated sulfuric acid is added to turn yellow.

Main features

A. Sulphur Yellow Brown 5G is sensitive to hard water and has a slight precipitation. Use soft water when dissolving, otherwise add sodium hexametaphosphate (or trisodium phosphate) 0.5g/L to prevent the influence of hard water on the dye.

B. Sulphur Yellow Brown 5G is often mixed with red brown B3R and black BN, such as mixed gray as an auxiliary color, mixed camel, brown, grass yellow and other colors when the main color.

C. Sulphur Yellow Brown 5G cotton dyeing speed and absorption rate are medium, used for monochrome or as the main color, dyeing time should be properly extended, master at more than 30 minutes.

D.It dyeing, with copper sulfate, sodium dichromate and acetic acid post-treatment, can improve the sun fastness, but its color. The grass is darker.

Note:

②The dyes is applied in advance to the commendation(wetting);

③After add dyes,usually heat at 1℃/min,heating to 98-100℃,and then keep the temperature 45-60 min for dyeing.

④After dyeing,washing→ Oxidation of air or oxidants,40℃ and keeping 20min →washing→drying

The Sulphur Brown 10 must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
