Product Description
Sulphur Green 3 is a synthetic dye that is commonly used in the textile industry. It is a green color with good lightfastness and washfastness. It is mainly used to dye cotton and other natural fibers, and is suitable for dyeing fabrics, yarns, and fibers. It is also pH stable and compatible with other dyes and chemicals used in textile dyeing.
Product character
A.Sulphur Green 3 is a class of sulfur dyes with complex structure formed by the sulfurization of organic matter with sulfur or polysulfide. During dyeing, it is necessary to dissolve in sodium sulfide or alkaline insurance powder solution to reduce to leaches, and then oxidize after absorption by fibers to show color.
B.The manufacturing process is relatively simple, the price is low, can dye monochrome, can also match color, fast fastness is good.
C.It has affinity for the fiber and is stained with the fiber, and then it restores its insoluble state and is fixed on the fiber after oxidation.
D.It is a mixture of two dyes, both of which are sulfide dyes that contain sulphur atoms in their chemical structure.
E.Sulphur Green 3 has good lightfastness, meaning it is resistant to fading when exposed to light. This makes it suitable for use in textiles that will be exposed to sunlight, such as outdoor fabrics.

②The dyes is applied in advance to the commendation(wetting);
③After add dyes,usually heat at 1℃/min,heating to 98-100℃,and then keep the temperature 45-60 min for dyeing.
④After dyeing,washing→ Oxidation of air or oxidants,40℃ and keeping 20min →washing→drying
Usage: Sulphur Green 3 is mainly used for dyeing cotton and other natural fibers, and is suitable for dyeing fabrics, yarns, and fibers.
The product must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
