A.Appearance:Red Crystallization and Powder.

B.Solubility:Chrysoidine (Basic Orange 2) Solubility Soluble in water, ethanol, acetone, methyl cellosolve, xylene; practically insoluble in Ibenzene.

C.Solubility Soluble in water, ethanol, acetone, methyl cellosolve, xylene; practically insoluble in Ibenzene. Soluble in water, yellowish orange, soluble in ethanol and ethylene glycol ether, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in benzene. Melting point 118-118.5℃. Strong sulfuric acid is yellow, dilute sulfuric acid is orange; solution of orange in nitric acid.A brown-red precipitate was produced in the sodium hydroxide dye solution. Dye tannin mordant is yellow-orange in cotton fiber, and brighter in tungsten filament.
