Product Description
Acid violet 48 is an acid dye. Acid violet 48 is easily soluble in water, solubility is 80g/L (90℃), the aqueous solution is magenta red, the addition of hydrochloric acid is sauce red, accompanied by precipitation formation of Chemicalbook; After adding sodium hydroxide, the color light is better, accompanied by precipitation formation. It is magenta red in concentrated sulfuric acid, turns to lilac after dilution, and has precipitation; Brown in concentrated nitric acid.

Weak acid violet N-FBL can be used for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and wool blended fabrics, and also for direct printing of wool and silk fabrics. When used for dyeing wool and other fibers in the same bath, the color of nylon is similar to wool, the silk is lighter, the polyester is slightly stained, and the cellulose fiber is rarely stained.
Weak acid violet N-FBL is mainly used for dyeing loose wool, top, Hank yarn and bobbin yarn and other woolen semi-products. The color light is blue, the color giving amount is high, the dyeing fastness is good, and it is suitable for dyeing medium to deep color. Poor levelling, not sensitive to chrome salt, can be mixed with acid medium dyes, or used to adjust the color light.

C. Weakly acidic purple N-FBL is based on l-amino-4-bromo-Z-anthraqui-none sulfonic acid, p-tert-octylphenol and trimethylaniline.
The first condensation of bromine with trimethylaniline, the second condensation with p-tert-octylphenol, and finally the product was sulfonated by fuming sulfuric acid and neutralized with base. It is filtered, dried, and crushed into a finished product.
